Mentoring Councils

WHAT?

A small group of professionals that get together for 1.5 hours every two weeks for three months.

WHY?

Your career, emotions, finances, beliefs and relationships are all inter-related. This group will help you identify your strengths and support you in the improvement of your weaknesses. You decide what you want the group to support you in achieving. It may be helping you to reach your sales quota, helping you take some steps toward a new career or helping you stop procrastinating on something that is important to your life.

When you have a group of people focusing on a goal, you will be surprised the information that is available.

Example: I had a 1997 Honda to sell. I had not been successful in selling it. I mentioned it to my group one morning. One person had an idea that resulting in me having a check in my hands two weeks later for the full amount of my asking price. I would have never known about this place. You cannot possibly know everything about everything – let others help you. Trust me, they will keep you on track, too.

When you study great leaders you will find they have a group around them supporting them on a regular basis.

STRUCTURE?

Maximum of eight professionals. They will be from different disciplines. Often we get locked into thinking because of the industry we are presently working in – others may have a better way.

Kathy Condon will facilitate the meeting to assure that each individual has the opportunity to fully participate. Individuals can ask for what they need in support or ideas to solve an issue. Time permitting models for living a positive/healthy life will be presented.

The environment will be safe, fun, positive and confidential.
